Job Title: Finance Manager
We’re working with a fast-growing, international PE backed consultancy business to appoint a Finance Manager into its established Management Accounts team.
This is a broad role supporting operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, offering excellent exposure within an acquisitive, private equity-backed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Employment cost reporting and analysis across a large, complex cost base
- Opex reporting, analysis and management commentary
- Balance sheet control and reconciliations
- Lease accounting and compliance
- Management and development of team members
- Supporting acquisitions and post-deal integrations across EMEA

Requirements
We’re looking for a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) with strong management accounting and financial reporting experience, ideally gained within a complex, multi-entity international business.
