Finance Manager (Danish Speaking)
London / Hybrid

We're partnering with an ambitious, venture-backed technology business entering its next phase of growth following the appointment of an experienced CFO.
This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Manager to become the CFO's right-hand person and help build a best-in-class finance function in a scaling international business.
We're looking for an individual who has already made the move from practice into industry and is now ready for a broader role with greater influence, ownership, and exposure to senior leadership.
The Opportunity
As Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making, improving financial controls, driving process enhancements, and helping the business scale efficiently.
Working closely with the CFO, you'll gain exposure beyond traditional reporting, partnering with stakeholders across the business and contributing to the company's ongoing growth journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of monthly management accounts and reporting
- Business partnering with senior stakeholders
- Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Cash flow management and working capital reporting
- Improving financial processes, controls and systems
- Supporting board and investor reporting
- Assisting with audits and statutory reporting
- Financial analysis to support commercial decision making
- Driving continuous improvement across the finance function
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)
- Second-time mover from practice
- Current experience within a technology, SaaS, fintech or high-growth environment
- Strong management accounting and reporting experience
- Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving business
- Advanced Excel skills; systems exposure preferred
- Ambitious, proactive and keen to work closely with an experienced CFO
