Role: Finance Manager

Description
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decision-making.
- Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage cash flow and oversee financial forecasting processes.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
- Assist with external audits and liaise with auditors as required.

Job Offer
- A salary of £55,000 - £65,000, dependent on the level of experience.
