Location: Victoria, London
Working pattern: Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in the office
Salary: £60,000-£70,000 + 10% annual bonus
Pension: Matched contributions of up to 10%
I’m partnering exclusively with a fast-growing, investment-backed renewable energy infrastructure business to appoint an ambitious Finance Manager.
Operating at the intersection of infrastructure, private capital and the energy transition, the business is developing and investing in projects that support the electrification and decarbonisation of the UK economy.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a broad, commercially focused position offering exposure across strategic finance, capital planning, investment analysis, governance and senior-level decision-making.
You will take ownership of the company’s core budgeting, forecasting, planning and reporting processes while supporting financing initiatives, strategic transactions and the development of scalable finance frameworks as the platform continues to grow.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the corporate budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting cycle
- Producing clear financial insights for senior leadership and investors
- Building financial models focused on equity funding, capital allocation and long-term value creation
- Supporting financing initiatives, including equity transactions, joint ventures and junior financing
- Supporting M&A and strategic transactions, including post-deal integration
- Owning cash-flow forecasting and monitoring liquidity requirements
- Tracking financial performance across projects in construction and operation
- Delivering month-end commentary covering project economics and portfolio performance
- Developing scenario-based forecasts and completing variance, trend and sensitivity analysis
- Improving finance processes through technology, automation and AI
- Supporting corporate governance, external debt reporting and VAT reviews
- Working closely with internal stakeholders, outsourced finance teams and external debt and equity partners

The successful candidate will:
- Be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or hold an equivalent qualification
- Have experience within FP&A, capital allocation, commercial finance or a similarly analytical role
- Possess strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
- Be commercially minded and able to translate complex financial information into clear recommendations
- Communicate confidently and influence senior stakeholders
- Be comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
- Bring a proactive, detail-oriented and continuous-improvement mindset

Experience within renewable energy, infrastructure, private capital or another investment-led environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
The package includes:
- £60,000-£70,000 base salary
- 10% annual bonus
