About the Role
As a Finance Manager in the property industry, based in Taplow, you'll oversee the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and effective management of budgets. Your role will play a key part in keeping the business financially sound and compliant.

Description
- Manage financial reporting processes and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities to support business objectives.
- Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations for financial optimisation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and analysis.
- Prepare and present financial reports for senior management.
- Support audits and ensure timely submission of required financial documents.
- Identify and implement process improvements for financial operations.

Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Professional qualifications in accounting or finance.
- Strong experience in financial reporting and budget management.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools.

Job Offer
- Daily rate: £350 to £400, dependent on the level of experience.
- Temporary 6 month position in the property industry.
- Opportunity to work in Taplow.
