What We’re All About

Quantexa is a global leader in AI-powered Decision Intelligence. As one of the UK’s fastest-growing technology companies, we’re on a mission to help organisations make better, more trusted decisions.

As we continue to grow globally, we’re looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our Group Reporting team, playing an important role in supporting accurate financial reporting across our growing international business.

At Q, we’re looking for people who share that vision — people who are curious, collaborative and excited to make an impact. People like you.

The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll take ownership of key areas of the reporting cycle, working across multiple entities to ensure accurate and timely financial information. You’ll bring strong technical accounting expertise, support robust financial controls and help identify opportunities to improve how we operate.

You’ll also work closely with colleagues across Finance and the wider business, providing insight and guidance on financial matters and helping to ensure we have the right processes in place to support effective decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the Month-End: You will command the full cycle of the month-end close, from reconciling fixed assets to managing accruals and prepayments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Drive Automation & Innovation: Act as a key agent for change by identifying and implementing initiatives to automate reporting, streamline data gathering, and enhance financial processes with a tech-first mindset.
  • Be a Strategic Partner: Build strong relationships across the business, transforming raw data into insightful analysis and providing business units with the financial guidance they need to succeed.
  • Safeguard Our Integrity: Serve as a primary contact for external auditors and advisors, ensuring all financial information is transparent, accurate, and readily available.
  • Optimise Tax & Compliance: Help manage and optimise the company's global tax strategy, ensuring full compliance and working alongside external advisors on all necessary filings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
