Finance Manager – AI & Data Analytics

Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote)
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
Company: Leading FTSE-listed PLC Brand

About the Company

We are partnering a leading, household-name PLC navigating a highly dynamic commercial landscape. As data capabilities and advanced analytics increasingly underpin their corporate strategy, the Commercial Finance function has become a critical driver of business performance. We are seeking a technically sophisticated, commercially astute Finance Manager to lead our AI & Data Analytics financial reporting workstream. This role bridges the gap between complex big data infrastructure and executive-level corporate finance.

Position Overview

The Finance Manager – AI & Data Analytics will oversee the financial narrative for the business core commercial drivers, including high-profile loyalty programs, marketing campaigns, and major trade initiatives. You will take ownership of the data structures and insights that inform senior leadership (up to Group CFO), FP&A, and Investor Relations. Operating in a high-visibility capacity, you will transform raw data into robust, institutional-grade commercial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Reporting & Market Insight

  • Standardised Reporting: Deliver period-end trading reports and take full ownership of the Sales & Marketing KPI performance packs from a financial perspective.
  • Weekly Trading Pace: Prepare weekly commercial reporting packs tracking financial and non-financial KPIs across operational measures and strategic pillars such as Loyalty.
  • PLC Reporting Inputs: Produce rigorous financial content, trend analysis, and commentary for Interim and Full-Year market announcements.
  • Promotional Tracking: Maintain a centralized evaluation system for all centrally led promotions, key events, and major launches to provide granular insight into Like-for-Like (LFL) performance outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
