Senior Finance Manager

The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring effective financial planning, management, reporting, and compliance. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership, safeguard company assets, and drive efficiency in financial processes to support organizational growth and sustainability.

Job Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support organizational objectives.
  • Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models for high-level decision-making.
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, cash flow, and treasury management.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis with recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, tax laws, and accounting standards such as IFRS/GAAP.
  • Manage critical relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and minimize risks.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members to ensure high performance and accountability.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration is required; an MBA is strongly preferred.
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial role.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in financial strategy, planning, and reporting within the Aviation, Oil & Gas, or Construction industries.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and ERPs, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and advanced Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead finance teams and manage complex financial operations.
  • Expert-level competency in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and resource management.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing, budgeting, and international accounting standards.
