Role: Finance Manager
Location: Mid - Kent (100% Office-Based, Monday–Friday)
Industry: Mission-Critical Infrastructure / Private Equity-Backed Services
High-Growth PE-Backed Group | Finance Manager
A rapidly expanding, private-equity-backed group operating in mission-critical infrastructure is currently seeking a high-caliber, Newly Qualified Finance Manager to join its finance function in Kent.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a qualified accountant making their first move out of practice or audit into a high-growth, acquisitive, and international commercial environment. Reporting directly to senior finance leadership, the successful candidate will gain immediate, hands-on exposure to financial operations, controls, and strategic integration projects across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Control & Reporting: Lead month-end reporting, financial control processes, and transactional management across several group operating entities.
- Cash Management: Monitor and manage daily cash flow and working capital across international accounts.
- Process Improvement & Systems: Support business transformation initiatives, including an upcoming NetSuite ERP implementation and the standardization of finance procedures.
- M&A & Integration: Assist senior leadership with financial integration activities for newly acquired businesses.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with operational teams and senior leadership to provide clear financial insight and drive performance.

Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Newly Qualified ACA.
- Background: Ideally trained within practice, audit, or assurance, looking to transition into industry.
- Attributes: Proactive, commercially curious, and confident engaging with key internal stakeholders.
- System Aptitude: Strong Excel skills and an enthusiasm for modernizing finance systems/ERPs.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working fully on-site in Kent office with occasional European travel required as group operations expand.
