Job title: Finance Manager
Salary: £80,000 plus benefits.
Location: London (Hybrid working)
Sector: PE backed Technology
I am currently partnering with a PE backed Technology company who are looking for a Finance Manager to come and join a growing team. For this role you will be working Financial Controller and local finance teams across Europe.
This is a newly created role due to the growth of the business. You will be able to make an impact from the get go and look to make improvements where possible. To start with this will be a standalone role without direct reports.

- Lead the month end and year end for the European entities, while being supported by the local finance teams.
- Provide technical accounting support and expertise on complex accounting matters.
- Evaluate the impact of new accounting guidelines and update peers when needed.
- Partner with FP&A, Operations and Supply Chain to ensure accurate information and support on decision making.
- Partner with project teams to determine accurate accounting treatment capital expenditure.
- Work closely with the shared service center and provide support to accounting matters when required.
- Support with M&A integration.
- Provide support with any ad-hoc tasks when required by the FC.

You will need the following:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and ideally 2+ years of PQE experience.
- Experience working with European entities and be comfortable working with national teams.
- Strong technical and audit background while having the commercial understanding to push the company forward.
- Be able to work from Central London 2-3 days per week.
