About the Role
Our Client is part of a Global organisation that has been trading in excess of 100 years. The Business we are recruiting for operates in the fastest growing Construction Sector across the Globe - Data Centres. In more detail, our Client manufacturers and sells "critical cooling" solutions to Data Centres which is a vital element of the build process for a Data Centre.
With an Executive team based in the UK, they now need to identify a Finance Manager to join their team which will very likely lead to CFO status very quickly.
Responsibilities
Due to both a very successful 2026, and the forecasted growth for the both the Industry and our Clients own pipeline, we now need to speak to ambitious Finance Leaders in the East Midlands region who have a keen eye on being 'on the top table' in the very near future.

We are seeking an experienced, commercially focused finance leader to take the organisation forward, building on the progress already made while enhancing financial strategy, planning and business intelligence to support our continued development.
This position goes well beyond traditional financial reporting. As a key member of the leadership team, you will work closely with the CEO, CSO, and wider Senior Leadership Team, using your financial expertise to provide insight, constructive challenge and strategic guidance. You will play an important role in shaping business decisions, improving performance and ensuring the company is well-positioned for its next phase of sustainable and predicted growth.

Key Requirements
Ultimately, we are looking for someone who can take full commercial ownership of the P&L, with responsibility for driving revenue, margin, cost control and overall profitability.
