Job Title: Finance Manager, Compliance, Global Experiences
Department: Warner Bros. Studios, Leavesden (WBSL)
Location: Leavesden Park, Watford
Reports to: Executive Director, Finance
Contract Length: 6 months (potential to extend)
Role Overview
The Finance Manager, Compliance, Global Experiences will be the right-hand person for the Senior Manager, Compliance, and become the Finance SME for all new Microsoft Dynamics 365 retail tech initiatives. The role will also act as the primary contact for global Microsoft Dynamics 365 UAT and stress tests, covering US, EMEA and APAC time zones.
Responsibilities
System Maintenance and Support
- Be the right-hand person for the Senior Manager, Compliance, and become the Finance SME for all new Microsoft Dynamics 365 retail tech initiatives.
- Become the primary contact for global Microsoft Dynamics 365 UAT and stress tests, covering US, EMEA and APAC time zones.
- Keep the Senior Manager, Compliance, up to date on all progress and flag any risks before their sign-off.
- Business partner with Technology and Ops teams to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of retail LOB systems and their daily interfaces to SAP for R2R.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide training and support to finance and non-finance colleagues.

Compliance and Controls
- Support the Senior Manager, Compliance, in liaison with internal and external audits, including planning, audit evidence support and risk mitigation.
- Develop strong working relationships with the Poland Corporate Finance team to optimise efficiency.
- Provide cover for the Senior Manager, Compliance, for any external audit queries, finance system compliance matters or ad hoc tasks.
Process Improvement
- Analyse existing finance processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and controls through technology. This often involves automating manual tasks and streamlining workflows.
- Support remediation initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Data Integrity and Reporting
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of all data interfaces between retail LOB systems and SAP.

Optimisation and Refinement
- Identify opportunities and champion automation, advanced analytics and process optimisation to improve efficiency and provide deeper financial insights.
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable experience in global roll-out plans and integrating with business ERP systems.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones as required. This is a global role supporting the US West and East Coasts, EMEA and APAC across Japan, China and India.
- Qualified Accountant or qualified by experience.
- Experience working in a global matrix environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Retail or FMCG background preferred.
