About the Role

Working in a high-performing Finance team, focusing on restructure, process improvement, change management and governance across multi-site operations.

Description

Newly created role, working in a high-performing Finance team.

  • You will provide financial leadership, insight and challenge across the business, with a particular focus on capital investment, controls and continuous improvement.
  • Working closely with senior leadership, you will ensure that investment decisions are commercially robust, benefits are clearly defined and realised, and financial performance is continually improved across the site network.
  • The role will act as a key finance business partner to operational leadership, translating financial and operational data into actionable insight and supporting initiatives that improve cost, productivity, quality, capacity, cash generation and return on investment.
  • You will support the delivery of a continuous improvement programme, streamlining financial processes and centralising regional activities.
  • Developing financial policies and controls, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Advisory role to finance staff on best practice, controls implementation and process changes.
  • Manage change initiatives, including HR considerations and personnel realignment, standardising processes, improving governance and enhancing reporting accuracy.
