Citadel Source is delighted to be partnering with an ambitious and growing organisation to recruit their new Finance Manager.

A bit about our client...

Our client is a growing business that is investing in its finance function as it continues to scale. They are focused on improving controls, reporting and processes across the company. The Finance Manager will play an important role in making sure the business has accurate, timely financial information, while also helping to improve how finance operates day to day.

The role

Reporting to the CFO, this is a hands-on and varied role, covering both day-to-day financial control and wider projects. You will take ownership of the month-end and management accounting processes, oversee key financial processes, support budgeting and forecasting, and help strengthen controls across the business.

About you

You will be a proactive finance professional with a strong background in financial control and management accounting. You will be comfortable working independently and with autonomy, but equally be happy working with colleagues across the wider business. The environment is fast-paced and will suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems and improving the way things are done. You will ideally be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, although candidates who are qualified by experience will also be considered.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
