We are partnering with a high-growth SaaS business with a global client base and ambitious plans for continued international expansion. Operating across multiple jurisdictions, the business has established a strong position within its market and is continuing to scale.
This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the FD, with ownership of the finance function and significant exposure to the wider business. The role would suit a technically strong, commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working at pace and wants genuine responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end, year-end and consolidated reporting across UK and international entities.
- Oversee multi-jurisdictional compliance, including VAT, payroll and US reporting.
- Manage treasury and cash flow across multiple currencies.
- Business partner with the FD and senior leadership team.
- Lead and develop a small finance team.
- Drive improvements across finance processes, systems and controls.
Essential Background:
- ACA / ACCA qualified.
- Practice or outsourcing background combined with relevant industry experience.
- Experience with international / multi-jurisdictional reporting.
- AI literate, with a genuine interest in emerging technology.
- SaaS or recurring revenue experience desirable.
- Commercial, driven and comfortable working at pace.
