Brewer Morris is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a leading global alternative investment manager to appoint a Finance Manager within its European Debt platform. Managing over $100bn in assets, the firm has established itself as a market leader across real estate and credit investing, with a strong track record of growth and performance.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded fund finance team supporting a sophisticated portfolio of debt fund structures. The role offers broad exposure across fund operations, financial reporting and business-critical finance activities within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Review fund accounting and financial reporting delivered by third-party administrators.
- Oversee cash management activities, including capital calls and distributions.
- Support quarterly reporting, audits and NAV processes across fund structures.
- Partner with legal, tax and treasury teams on fund activity and transactions.
- Drive process improvements and support strategic initiatives across the platform.

Candidate Profile
- ACA (or equivalent) qualified accountant.
- Either Manager-level within a leading accountancy practice with funds, asset management or real estate experience; or 1-4 years' PQE within fund finance/accounting.
- Exposure to private credit, debt funds or real estate debt is highly desirable.
- Luxembourg fund experience and/or Lux GAAP knowledge would be advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
