Robert Half are partnering with a dynamic data consultancy based in the City of London. They help modern businesses plan, design, build and manage data centres as well as critical infrastructure.
To support their continued rapid growth, they are looking to hire a high-calibre Finance Manager, to join their finance department.
📊 Role
Reporting into the Head of Finance, the Finance Manager will support in strengthening month-end reporting, statutory compliance, audit readiness and board-level financial insight.
Key duties include:
- Own the month-end close, preparing management accounts, journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Provide budget and forecast variance analysis, highlighting key trends and performance for senior stakeholders.
- Manage accounting and reporting across UK, Germany and Italy, including intercompany reconciliations and foreign currency transactions.
- Support VAT, tax and statutory reporting, working with external/local advisors where required.
- Act as a key contact for external auditors, preparing audit schedules, resolving queries and supporting year-end statutory accounts.
- Prepare board and group reporting packs, covering management accounts, KPIs, cash flow and financial commentary.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and parent-company reporting, ensuring deadlines and group reporting standards are met.
- Drive finance systems, controls and process improvements.
- Manage and develop a Finance Assistant, while partnering with senior office and department leads to support financial decision-making.

📋 Profile
The ideal profile for this Finance Manager position, should have the following:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 1-3 years of grounded experience in a similar accounting capacity.
- Strong technical knowledge, ideally including UK GAAP.
- Proven experience managing month-end close, statutory accounts and external audits ideally within a multi-entity environment.
- Confident communicator, able to business partner and present information to senior stakeholders.
- Experience with NetSuite would be highly beneficial (or similar ERP tools).
- Experience in managing/developing junior members would be ideal.

💵 Salary and Package
£65,000 - £75,000 + additional benefits including:
- Discretionary bonus
- Hybrid working - 3 days in office

The salary range/rates of pay are dependent upon your experience, qualifications, and training.
