Finance Manager
Hybrid (UK-based) | Full-Time
Flexibility on how often you come into the office, as long as you're able to travel to the London office when required.
About Us
Reactive Markets is the 2026 OTC Trading Platform of the Year (Risk.net). Our network handles over $50 billion in daily trading volumes across FX, Equities, and Cryptocurrency, connecting 40+ of the world's leading liquidity providers.
We build trading systems that operate at the edge of what's technically possible — where nanoseconds matter and a dropped message costs real money. Our engineering team is small, senior, and deeply invested in the craft of building cutting edge, reliable, high-performance systems.
The Role
We're looking for a Finance Manager to own the operational management of our finance function — accurate, timely management accounts, statutory accounts oversight, and the processes and controls that keep our finances reliable as we scale. You'll run month-end close, own balance sheet reconciliation and cash flow, lead the team responsible for AR/AP, payroll, VAT, and HMRC processes, and bring the analytical rigour that helps us make good financial decisions as we grow.
You'll also manage external relationships (auditors, solicitors, bankers), support external investment and funding activity, and run accounts across multiple business entities, including regulated entities in different geographies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
