Finance Manager | Fast-Growth Consumer Brand | London / Hybrid

The Opportunity

Harmonic are delighted to be supporting a fast-growing, entrepreneurial consumer products business in its search for a Finance Manager. The business operates a portfolio of high-growth FMCG brands across retail, eCommerce, and international wholesale, and is entering an exciting new phase of scale.

With revenues growing rapidly and ambitions to exceed £20m+ turnover within the next 12–24 months, the finance team is evolving to support increased operational complexity, an ERP implementation, and first-year audit readiness.

This is a broad, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced SME environment. Reporting into the Financial Controller, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day finance function and month-end process, while helping strengthen the controls, processes, and reporting required for the next stage of growth.

The role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a Finance Manager position with genuine ownership and exposure across the business.

The Business

Our client is an ambitious, founder-led consumer brand group operating several UK entities spanning manufacturing, sourcing, and branded consumer products.

The business has experienced exceptional recent growth through a combination of strong retail partnerships, direct-to-consumer sales, and international expansion. Despite this growth, they have maintained an entrepreneurial culture where everyone is encouraged to contribute, move quickly, and take ownership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
