Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our dynamic Shared Service Centre team. This individual will play a key role in the execution of critical finance processes, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions while adhering to established procedures and controls.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. They will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced shared service environment.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the general ledger, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and integrity of financial records in line with finance Service Level Agreements (e.g., SLAs)
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations (e.g., define process and timeline for reconciling intercompany transactions between regions during month end)

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. (ACCA/ACA etc.. is nice to have)
  • 5+ years of experience in a finance operations role, preferably within a shared service centre environment.
  • Strong understanding of key finance processes and systems.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
