Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Finance Manager / Finance Controller / Senior Finance Manager at PEP GP Australia. The role is responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support a growing professional services business.

Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Preparing management reports
  • Monitoring revenue and expenses
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

The position will also involve:

  • Designing and improving financial processes
  • Managing invoicing and payments
  • Supporting pricing and cost analysis for service offerings
  • Collaborating with leadership on strategic financial decisions

The role may include coordination with external accountants or advisors and the use of cloud-based finance tools to manage financial operations efficiently.

  • Candidates should possess skills in cash flow management, reconciliations, and oversight of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of accounting standards, regulatory compliance, and internal control frameworks.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting and finance software, spreadsheets, and cloud-based financial tools.
  • Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills to support decision-making.

  • Relevant professional qualifications (such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent) and a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field would be beneficial.
