PillSorted is one of the UK's fastest-growing healthtech startups — a digital-first pharmacy with a robotic dispensing operation, serving NHS and private patients nationwide. Finance has been run by the founder plus an outsourced bookkeeping firm. We're bringing it in-house, and this role owns it.
The Job
- Month-end close end to end
- Monthly management pack and board financials
- The forecast model (P&L, cash flow, runway, scenarios)
- Hands-on inventory and cost control
- Roughly two protected days a week physically in the operation
- Reconciling the stock ledger
- Spot-checking counts
- Challenging anomalies with the ops team directly

Who it Suits

Required
- CIMA/ACCA qualified or finalist
- Strong Excel and financial modeling (tested at interview)
- Comfortable in a warehouse and pharmacy environment, not desk-only
- Commutable to Babraham (Cambridge / Saffron Walden / Haverhill / Newmarket corridor)
- Eligible for a DBS check
