Alterna Search is partnering with a boutique investment manager to appoint a Finance Manager.
Working closely with the Finance Director, the successful candidate will take ownership of the finance function across both the firm's investment funds and corporate entities. Responsibilities will include:
- Fund accounting and administration
- Investor reporting and distributions
- Treasury
- Tax
- Financial reporting
- Supporting the oversight of the limited company entity
The role will also play a key part in:
- Maintaining a robust financial control environment
- Managing relationships with external auditors and service providers
- Supporting regulatory and compliance requirements
- Driving improvements to finance processes
