Do you love Financial tracking and Excel? We are looking for an experienced Financial Professional to help maintain a Charity Event Sponsorship tracker to manage project for Think Tenacity Anniversary Event. 100% REMOTE

What difference will you make?

This role supports Think Tenacity Events and Free Therapy Team to continue providing FREE counselling and mental health support for our members from the Black community.

This volunteering role will help our nonprofit organisation develop free entry events for 2026 to drive future success for the organisation to educate and raise awareness of Black mental health issues in the community.

What are we looking for?

Skills / Experience

We are looking for someone with a strong combination of Financial Tracking and Excel skills.

  • Minimum three years in a similar Financial Management role.
  • Experience maintaining financial trackers and project records.
  • Ability to monitor income and expenditure accurately.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • High organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • High written and verbal communication
  • Ability to stay calm working under pressure
  • Flexible and solution-focused when managing deadlines
  • Must have proactive approach to share new ideas
  • Self-motivated to work independently and remotely but can adapt to be a team player
  • Ability to use WhatsApp for event team communications

We are looking for someone with a strong combination of financial tracking and Excel skills. You are a highly deadline-oriented person with min 3 years experience from either private or public sector.
