The purpose of the role is to provide robust end to end financial and operational performance planning and analysis to drive implementation of overall TwO TSC strategy, maintain a robust control environment for Twinings Supply Chain. The role will be responsible for preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify actions, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made. Please note that this is fixed-term, 18 months contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the TSC Strategy, the overall Twinings Brand strategy and the nuanced strategies of our key markets
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial and business performance reporting and analysis in a timely manner in line with the FP&A requirements
- Run and continuously improve budgeting and financial forecasting processes
- Present the periodic financial and operational reports to various stakeholders
- Proactively monitor financial and operational data and KPI trends to identify and understand business challenges.
- Develop financial models and analyse them to support strategic initiatives
- Responsible for product costing and transfer prices set up and communication to the Markets
- Manage currency cash flow for each business unit and ensure appropriate currency hedging in place
- Lead the Analytics roadmap TSC Finance, i.e. implement Power BI as well as other finance tools.
- Ensure robust control environment including SOX, FCF, ABC, Turnbull and other
- Manage, lead and develop team, ensuring objectives are set and delivered, coupled with supporting personal development goals and aspirations

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- University Degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent, i.e. ACCA / CIMA)
- At least 5 years of FP&A experience gained within established FMCG/manufacturing businesses
- Strong working knowledge of accounting, controlling and finance operations
- Proven Supply Chain Experience
- Analytical expert with excellent modelling skills
- Proven people management experience
- Working knowledge of SAP, knowledge of Power BI or other visualisation tools would be an advantage
- Ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture in a changing, fast-paced environment
