The Opportunity

Join easyJet’s Operations Finance team and become the key finance business partner for Fuel and Navigation, two of the airline’s most strategically important cost areas. Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager – Fuel, you’ll work with senior stakeholders across Operations, Treasury, Sustainability and Procurement, providing insight, challenge and decision support that helps drive performance and long-term value.

The Team & Culture

You’ll be part of the Operations Finance team within FP&A, partnering colleagues across the business to support easyJet’s mission of making low-cost travel easy. The team combines strong financial rigour with a collaborative approach and works closely with operational experts across the airline.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be the key finance business partner for Fuel and Navigation, providing insight, challenge and decision support across two of easyJet’s most material cost areas.

  • Lead planning, forecasting and performance reporting, ensuring assumptions are robust and stakeholders have a clear view of performance, risks and opportunities.
  • Translate complex drivers - including fuel prices, FX, carbon costs, regulation and operational performance - into clear financial recommendations.
  • Support business cases, optimisation initiatives and strategic decisions through robust analysis, modelling and commercial challenge.

What We're Looking For

You’re an experienced finance professional with strong business partnering skills and the confidence to challenge constructively at a senior level.

  • Interpret complex commercial, operational and regulatory information and translate it into meaningful financial insight.
  • Bring strong planning, forecasting and analytical capability, alongside excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Experience working with operationally focused stakeholders, large datasets or complex cost drivers would be highly valuable.
