Role Overview:
The Finance Manager – Funding & Cashflow is responsible for overseeing the group’s funding, liquidity, and cashflow management activities across all entities. The role ensures the group maintains sufficient liquidity to meet its operational and strategic requirements while optimising the use and cost of available funding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the group’s cashflow forecasting process, including short-, medium- and long-term cashflow forecasts.
- Monitor group cash balances, liquidity, funding requirements, and cash movements across entities.
- Analyze actual cashflow against forecast, identify variances, and work with finance and operational teams to address issues.
- Review and improve the group’s banking structure, cash management, and treasury arrangements.
- Support the development of the group’s funding strategy and advise management on appropriate funding options.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to finance teams involved in cashflow and treasury activities.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably within a group Finance, Treasury, Corporate Finance, or similar environment.
- Strong experience in cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, financial modelling, and debt/funding arrangements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Occasional travel to group offices and operating entities, as required.
- Experience working in multi-entity, multi-currency group environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with senior management, banks, and external advisers.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong ownership and accountability.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
