Company

This PE-backed SaaS business based in central London is looking to hire a Finance Manager. It is a newly-created role and the culture of the finance team is fun, dynamic and inclusive. They are looking for someone that can help adding value to the finance team as well as the wider business.

Role

The Finance Manager has overall responsibility for the overall finance & accounting activities. You will be responsible for:

  • Financial reports
  • Management reports
  • Month-end / year-end closing
  • Variance analysis
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • CAPEX/OPEX review
  • Tax computation
  • Annual audit

You will deal with different key stakeholders as well as the group while providing insightful advice on different projects. You will report to the Financial Controller and lead a team of 3.

Profile

The successful candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy will have full qualification of ACA/ACCA/CIMA.

Candidates who are available to start at short notice will be preferred.

A 'can-do' attitude is required as well as experience within an holding company. Sound knowledge of accounting standard such as IFRS, UK GAAP.
