Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will take ownership of key financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities while supporting the wider business through effective financial insight and business partnering. You'll also lead and develop the finance team, drive process improvements and support the continued development of the finance function.

Description

  • Prepare and oversee monthly management accounts, P&L reporting and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to support commercial decision-making.
  • Act as a key Finance Business Partner, working closely with operational stakeholders.
  • Lead, develop and support a small finance team.
  • Maintain strong financial controls and support external audit requirements.
  • Drive process and systems improvements.
  • Ensure accurate, timely reporting and delivery against key deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Profile

The successful applicant will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong management accounting and financial reporting experience. You'll be a confident communicator and business partner, with experience leading a team and a proactive approach to improving processes, systems and financial controls.
