Finance Manager | High-Growth Mobile App

Location: Central London – Hybrid

Salary: £60,000–£70,000 + Bonus/Equity

We are working with a fast-growing, consumer-focused mobile app that is looking to appoint a Finance Manager as it enters its next phase of growth.

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function while providing commercial insight across customer acquisition, subscriptions, product development, and international expansion.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to play a key role in building a scalable finance function.

The Role

  • Own the month-end close and production of accurate monthly management accounts
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning
  • Produce clear financial and operational reporting for senior leadership and investors
  • Business partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams
  • Analyse key app and subscription metrics, including customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, retention, and churn
  • Support commercial decision-making around pricing, marketing investment, and new product launches
  • Improve financial controls, reporting processes, and systems as the business scales
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisers, and other third-party providers
  • Support fundraising, investor reporting, and strategic projects where required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
