Job Title: Finance Manager

Company: Investigo is partnering with a fantastic, well-recognized Hospitality brand.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (DOE) + 15% bonus and incredible benefits package

Location: Tottenham Court Road, x3 days in the office x2 working from home


Role Overview:

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of key financial processes while partnering with stakeholders across the business to provide meaningful insight and support continued growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of monthly management accounts and board reporting
  • Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cashflow analysis
  • Business partnering with operational and senior management teams
  • Delivering insightful analysis on venue performance, margins and profitability
  • Supporting commercial decision-making through data-driven recommendations
  • Managing balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes
  • Driving process improvements and strengthening financial controls
  • Supporting year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements
  • Mentoring and developing junior members of the finance team
  • Assisting with strategic projects, acquisitions and business growth initiatives

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent)
  • Desirable experience within hospitality, leisure, retail or multi-site environments preferred
  • Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Commercially focused with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with finance systems
  • Ambitious and eager to progress within a growing organisation
