Finance Manager

High-Growth International Business | Product & Commercial Exposure | Clear Progression

Maidenhead | Hybrid Working (4 days office)
£65,000 to £70,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Some Finance Manager roles are about producing the numbers. This one is about understanding what is driving them.

We Do Group are working with a brilliant, high-growth international business that is continuing to invest in its Finance function as the company scales.

You’ll be joining a successful, product-led business operating internationally, with growing complexity across stock, supply chain, systems, data and international entities.

Reporting into an impressive senior finance leader, this is deliberately a broad role.

You’ll get exposure across management accounting, international entities, stock and inventory, reporting, systems, data and wider commercial performance.

The opportunity is much bigger than simply owning month end. They want someone who gets underneath the numbers. Someone who spots something in the data and asks “why?”.

Someone who wants to understand how purchasing, logistics, stock and operational activity ultimately flow through the P&L and balance sheet.

There is also a genuine career opportunity here. The Finance function is being built out over the next couple of years and, for someone who performs, there is a clear opportunity to develop towards Financial Controller level as the team evolves.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
