Revenue has increased from approximately £2.5 million in 2025 to an expected £5.5 million in 2026, with ambitions to exceed £12 million over the coming years. This is a hybrid role, typically requiring two office days per week, with flexibility available. The office is conveniently located between London Waterloo and London Bridge.

About the Role

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £70,000 plus private healthcare, a private pension scheme, Cycle to Work scheme, 33 days’ annual leave and an additional day off for their birthday. The business also promotes a healthy work-life balance, with evening and weekend contact avoided unless genuinely urgent.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the monthly management accounts process and bring the function fully in house
  • Manage month-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting accuracy
  • Improve finance systems, Excel models, and accounting processes
  • Support the application of IFRS 15 revenue recognition principles
  • Develop robust cost to complete processes for project accounting
  • Partner with operational and project teams to improve reporting and business performance
  • Work alongside external accountants on statutory accounts, tax matters, and year-end processes

  • Strengthen financial controls and develop scalable finance processes
  • Provide commercial insight to the founders and senior leadership team
  • Help shape the future finance capability as the business continues to grow

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
