Location: Oxford - Hybrid
Working Period: 37.5 hours per week
Reports to: Head of Finance Mobilisation & Integration
Salary: £50,000

As an Integration Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting Yugo’s rapid expansion across Europe, helping onboard new spaces into the Yugo family. From transitioning legacy systems and data to Yugo platforms like Student Suite and NetSuite to facilitating seamless operational setup across 02C, P2P, and R2R functions, you’ll ensure every acquisition integrates smoothly into the business.

Responsibilities
As part of the Yugo Finance Project and Systems Team, your responsibilities will include:
- Acquisition Integration: Owning and leading the transition of new acquisitions into business-as-usual operations.
- Data Migration: Ensuring the complete and accurate migration of all data from legacy systems to Yugo systems facilitating the timely and accurate completion of financial reporting.
- Process Transition: Supporting the migration of accounting and reporting responsibilities into permanent business teams.
- Team Efficiency: Reviewing transactional finance processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead, develop and inspire the Finance Mobilisation team, fostering a high-performance culture that maximises individual potential, builds

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Professional Certification: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent accounting qualification.
- Broad Finance Experience: Expertise across P2P, 02C, and R2R functions.
- Analytical Excellence: Strong skills in analysis, planning, organization, and problem-solving.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence, consult, and hold stakeholders accountable.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with experience preparing reports for diverse audiences.
- Tech Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Self-Sufficiency: Experience thriving in a matrixed, global organization with minimal supervision.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in the student accommodation, hospitality, or residential sectors.
- Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite.
- Strong data and analytics
