Role Overview
Take ownership of month-end reporting, management accounts, KPIs and Board packs
Partner with operational teams to understand performance and improve profitability
Manage manufacturing costing, production variance and margin analysis
Oversee inventory controls, reconciliations, stocktakes and valuation
Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts and scenario modelling
Co-ordinate financial controls & reporting, including processes and systems

A qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, ICAEW, CIMA) with strong experience from a manufacturing, inventory or stock environment
Comfortable working alongside operational teams and senior stakeholders
Commercially astute, with an analytical approach to aid operational & business performance
