The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join the Devon Air Ambulance team. You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our finance function, helping to deliver accurate management accounts information and drive continuous improvement of financial processes across the organisation. Working closely with colleagues at all levels, you'll lead the transactions team, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and ensure robust financial processes that help keep Devon Air Ambulance delivering its life-saving service.
The Candidate
We’re looking for a collaborative and proactive finance professional who combines strong technical knowledge with a passion for continuous improvement. You'll have experience producing management accounts, excellent analytical skills, and the confidence to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues. Most importantly, you'll share our values, bringing drive, accountability and a team-focused approach, while helping others succeed and supporting our mission to make a difference to communities across Devon and beyond.
The Package
Salary: £38,000 per annum. As a valued member of the team you will have access to a wide range of employee benefits including:
