Finance Manager - Permanent Role
Fin Search are recruiting a Finance Manager on a permanent basis for a well-performing SME based in Leeds.
This is a newly created role due to continued growth of the business.
Working Arrangements
The business will consider someone on a full-time or a 4-day-a-week basis. The business is operating a hybrid working model.

As Finance Manager, this role will contribute significantly to the company's growth journey, ensuring robust financial control and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking full responsibility for the production, accuracy, and presentation of the monthly management accounts pack
- Variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
- Weekly cash flow forecasting
- Maintain a rolling forecast to include P&L and Balance Sheet
- Stock and project profitability analysis
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Review payroll processes

Requirements
- Be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified
- Have worked in a relevant management accountant or finance manager role previously, ideally with a SME environment
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have strong Excel skills
Compensation and Benefits
- £50,000 - £55,000 FTE + 24 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) and increasing with service up to 28 days
- Free on-site parking for office days
- 2 days in the office per week
