Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Logistics Finance Business Partner to support our Logistics leadership team with accurate analysis and insights to drive informed decision-making. In this role, you will also manage relationships with key third-party logistics providers, ensuring cost control and accurate financial reporting. If you have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for optimising logistics costs, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Support decision making through the delivery of accurate analysis and insight
- Evaluate business cases to ensure the logistics costs are accurately calculated
- Lead in the review of budgets and forecasts submitted by our third party logistics partners
- Identify and implement improvements to the ways of working within the logistics finance team
- Participate in cross functional project groups
- Review and challenge operational and financial performance of our third party logistics partners ensuring Morrisons is getting maximum value for every £1 spent

For this role, we're looking for someone who has:
- An accounting qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
- The confidence & ability to challenge non-finance stakeholders to deliver the right end-results
- Good verbal communication skills, ability to articulate financial data in a clear and transparent way
- Resilience and the ability to adapt in an ever changing environment
- Attention to detail skills
