I’m currently partnering with two exciting, early-stage SaaS businesses that are hiring newly created #2 finance hires, perfect for ambitious Top 10 auditors ready to make their first move into industry.
These aren’t backfill roles, they’re genuine growth hires, giving you a rare opportunity to step into a business at a formative stage and play a key role in scaling the finance function.
The Opportunity
You’ll join as the second-in-finance, working closely with an experienced Head of Finance / Finance Director and gaining exposure well beyond a typical first move:

- Own and evolve management accounts & reporting
- Partner with founders and non-finance stakeholders
- Get involved in FP&A, commercial analysis, and SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, LTV/CAC)
- Support process improvement, controls, and system implementation
- Play an active role in fundraising / investor reporting (depending on business)

Who This Suits
- ACA / ACCA recently qualified (or close to qualifying)
- Currently in a Top 10 practice
- Strong grounding in audit (tech / SaaS exposure a plus but not essential)
