Finance Manager – Media & Entertainment
£55,000–£60,000 | Central London | Hybrid (3 days in office)
We’re partnering with a specialist digital marketing agency operating across the live entertainment, media and creative sectors to recruit a Finance Manager.
Working with some of the biggest names and brands across live entertainment, this is a great opportunity for a recently qualified accountant who wants a broad, commercially focused role in a fast-paced and creative environment.
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Finance Director and managing two Finance Assistants, you’ll have real ownership of the finance function and plenty of exposure across the wider business.

- Leading the month-end close and management reporting
- Ownership of project accounting, revenue recognition and media accruals
- Producing budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
- Managing and developing two Finance Assistants
- Business partnering with teams across the agency
- Monitoring project and overall financial performance
- Improving finance processes, systems and controls
- Supporting the Finance Director with wider commercial and strategic projects
Requirements
We’re looking for:
- Recently qualified (or close to qualifying) ACA / ACCA / CIMA
- Around 3–4 years’ finance/accounting experience
- Ideally experience within media, advertising, marketing, entertainment or another service-led business
- Strong Excel and financial systems skills
- Previous experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with an appetite to improve processes
