Senior Finance Manager
Salary: £80,000 to £90,000 depending on experience
Location: Near the heart of the City
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Policy: 3 days in the office
Role
As a Senior Finance Manager for a Wealth Manager Firm, you will work closely with the CFO, who is focused on internal growth and development. Below is a brief outline of the role:
- Produce monthly group management accounts, Board reporting, and statutory reporting.
- Lead the monthly group consolidation and intercompany reconciliation process.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecasts.
- Maintain reporting hierarchies, financial data governance, and system mappings.
- Develop reporting packs, dashboards, and automation initiatives.
- Drive finance process improvements and reporting enhancements.

Profile
The ideal candidate for the Senior Finance Manager position should meet the following criteria:
- ACCA/ACA qualified with at least 3 years post-qualification experience.
- Listed business background.
- Experience from a Group background with large consolidations.
- Financial services background.
Company
The Senior Finance Manager will report to a highly impressive CFO and work closely on day-to-day operations. The Wealth Manager is seeking someone who is tech-savvy, and the business is looking to automation and AI to help improve processes. The Wealth Manager has year-on-year growth, which is attributed to its expansion.
