About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our UK finance team and partner with regional Brand Leads and Managing Directors across the business.

This is a broad role covering financial reporting, revenue recognition, budgeting and forecasting, tax, audit, client billing and profitability, as well as the development of financial policies and processes.

You’ll manage a team of five across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, while working closely with the EMEA Financial Controller and senior leadership across the UK and globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership on P&L, client billing and profitability.
  • Manage monthly revenue recognition and reporting for UK entities in line with US GAAP, including variance analysis and presentation to global leadership.
  • Lead month-end close in NetSuite, including journal entries, P&L analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for revenue and the cost base.
  • Complete quarterly VAT returns and assist with corporation tax computations.
  • Manage the annual audit and preparation of supporting documentation.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual returns for HMRC and ONS.
  • Develop and implement financial policies.
  • Manage the fixed asset register.
  • Approve weekly pay runs and post monthly payroll journals.
  • Manage a team of five across AP and AR.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis as required by senior management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
