Finance Manager - SGN Operation

GXO are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join our SGN operation in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a multi-site Finance function, delivering high-quality reporting, forecasting, and budgeting while partnering with operational and customer stakeholders. Using your commercial insight and financial expertise, you'll influence decision-making and help drive performance across the business.
This is a full-time, permanent position, predominately working Monday – Friday, 08:30-17:00, with a hybrid arrangement of 4 days based on-site and 1 day working from home.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Produce weekly and monthly financial reporting, including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
- Deliver budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely submissions
- Provide insightful analysis and commentary to support operational and commercial decision-making
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the customer
- Support and drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives across the site
- Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and audit standards are maintained
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Proven experience in a finance management role, ideally within a fast-paced logistics environment
- Experience producing management accounts, financial reporting, and analysis with clear commentary
- Strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge where needed
- Fully qualified CIMA, ACCA or equivalent is desirable
- High attention to detail with a proactive and commercially focused mindset
