About Our Client

Our client is an international player in the FMCG sector.

Job Description

  • Partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and sustainable growth,
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes,
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements,
  • Manage cash flow, foreign exchange exposure, and working capital optimization,
  • Deliver insightful business analysis and performance monitoring,
  • Support pricing, investment, and expansion decisions through financial modelling,
  • Implement and maintain effective financial controls and procedures,
  • Lead audit processes and coordinate with external advisors,
  • Supervise and develop finance teams across both countries,
  • Contribute actively to the regional management team.

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar field,
  • Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is a plus,
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years' experience in a Finance Manager or equivalent role,
  • Strong exposure to multinational environments and multiple African markets,
  • Experience within distribution, FMCG, retail, or trading sectors,
  • Strong understanding of business partnering and performance management,
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
  • Fluent English required.
