About Our Client
Our client is an international player in the FMCG sector.
Job Description
- Partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and sustainable growth,
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes,
- Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements,
- Manage cash flow, foreign exchange exposure, and working capital optimization,
- Deliver insightful business analysis and performance monitoring,
- Support pricing, investment, and expansion decisions through financial modelling,
- Implement and maintain effective financial controls and procedures,
- Lead audit processes and coordinate with external advisors,
- Supervise and develop finance teams across both countries,
- Contribute actively to the regional management team.

The Successful Applicant
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar field,
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is a plus,
- Minimum 5 to 10 years' experience in a Finance Manager or equivalent role,
- Strong exposure to multinational environments and multiple African markets,
- Experience within distribution, FMCG, retail, or trading sectors,
- Strong understanding of business partnering and performance management,
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
- Fluent English required.
