What You Will Do

The Finance Manager is responsible for Business Planning & Reporting (70%) while also responsible for managing few Channel as business partner (30%).

Key Responsibilities

Business Planning & Forecasting

  • Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across business units.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions.
  • Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and scenario planning.

Performance Reporting

  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Analyze variances against budget/forecast and provide actionable insights.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards for visibility.

Strategic Analysis

  • Support strategic projects with financial analysis, ROI assessments, and business cases.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with business heads, finance teams, and corporate functions to ensure alignment.
  • Communicate complex financial data in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.

Process Improvement

  • Drive automation and standardization of reporting processes.
  • Implement best practices in planning and performance management.

Channel Business Partner (Channel TBD)

  • Act as finance partner to channel sales teams.
  • Drive profitability analysis and ROI assessments for channel initiatives.
  • Support pricing, discounting, and incentive strategies tailored to fragmented customer bases.
  • Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to improve visibility and control over low-value segments.

Required Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CA preferred.
  • 6–10 years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or commercial finance roles.
  • Experience in channel finance or partnering with sales teams is a strong advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
