🚀 Lead Finance Operations. Drive Continuous Improvement.
We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager - Operations to lead our clients' operational finance function, overseeing Accounts Payable, finance systems, financial controls, working capital management, and process improvement initiatives.
Working closely with Finance, IT, and operational stakeholders, you'll drive operational excellence, support finance transformation programmes including SAP developments, and champion automation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance performance and control.

What you'll bring:
- ✅ ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification
- ✅ Strong finance operations leadership experience
- ✅ Expertise in AP, AR, working capital, controls, and reporting
- ✅ SAP finance systems knowledge and transformation experience
- ✅ A track record of delivering process improvements and change
- ✅ Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills
