Finance Manager | PE-Backed Marketing Agency | London / Hybrid

Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growth creative agency spanning brand and campaign strategy, creative and content, communications and talent, and brand experience and influencer marketing. This role sits within the fastest-moving part of the group and is a genuine opportunity for a developing finance professional to build broad commercial exposure in a business that is investing in its finance function.

The Client

Our client is a globally recognised specialist marketing and communications group, working across a portfolio of high-growth challenger brands. Operating across EMEA and the US, the business is highly specialised, and growing fast.

The group has secured strategic growth investment from a UK private equity house, backing the existing leadership team through its next phase of growth. This follows several years of consistent double-digit growth, driven in large part by the group's rapidly expanding brand experience and events offering.

The Role

Reporting into the Financial Controller, this is a hands-on role covering project accounting, billing and credit control, financial operations, and month-end support, with real ownership of the numbers behind a high-volume, project-led part of the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
