About the Company
Netcompany INEOS is a British professional cycling team competing internationally between February and October. About the Role
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join us as Finance Manager working out of our London office, leading and coordinating the day-to-day delivery of the finance function and providing high-quality financial insight, planning and control.

Based: London office, hybrid working potential

The Finance Manager leads and coordinates the day-to-day delivery of a world class finance function, working collaboratively with the Management Accountant and reporting to the Director of Business Operations.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Management of the annual budget process
- Cash flow management
- Managing of monthly reporting and forecasting with all stakeholders
- Month end and Year end close
- Managing all team expenses, monthly submissions and software packages
- Supporting the financial deliverables for the World Tour UCI licence registration
- Review and testing of financial control procedures
- Systems and process improvement
Required Skills

- Communicates financial information clearly to both finance and non finance colleagues

- Can accommodate identified peak periods during the cycling season

Experience and Knowledge
- Knowledge of the elite sporting industry or similarly fast paced environment
- Experience using Sage accounting software, or the ability to become proficient in a new accounting system quickly
- Experience of budgeting, forecasting and reporting across financial statements
- Sound understanding of financial controls, reconciliations and risk management
- Experience managing expense processing software and business credit cards
- Experience working with performance focussed senior and non finance stakeholders

Education, Training, Qualifications
- ACA qualified accountant through ICAEW or ICAS (2-3 years post qualification experience desirable)
- Language skills relevant to working in an international environment desirable.
- Right to work in the UK and to travel in the EU
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of the elite sporting industry or similarly fast paced environment
- Experience using Sage accounting software, or the ability to become proficient in a new accounting system quickly
