About the Role
Cedar is exclusively partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed SaaS business to recruit a Finance Manager into a newly created role. With the business on a buy-and-build journey, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a broad finance remit and help strengthen processes and controls as the group expands.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you'll manage a small team in a hands-on role with responsibility for delivering accurate reporting across multiple Group entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, preparing management accounts and draft statutory financial statements.
- Reviewing balance-sheet reconciliations, journals, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and lease schedules.
- Managing multi-currency accounting, intercompany reconciliations and FX movements.
- Overseeing payroll processing and accounting, while supporting cash forecasting, payment runs and credit control.
- Maintaining financial controls, supporting audits and owning R&D reporting for the Tax team.
- Improving NetSuite processes and reporting, alongside leading and developing the team.

Cedar is looking for a qualified or part-qualified accountant, with strong financial accounting and month-end close skills. Practical NetSuite experience is a benefit, alongside the confidence to supervise a team and support day-to-day finance activities when needed.
This would suit a hands-on Management Accountant, Finance Manager or Financial Accountant who can hit the ground running and wants to develop their career in a fast-paced, growing business.
