Installio is looking for a proactive Finance Manager to help lead the financial operations of our fast-growing Solar and Heat Pump startup. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our finances are managed accurately, efficiently, and with strong controls, while driving financial performance and giving the leadership team the insight they need to scale.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing renewable energy business where you'll have real ownership over day-to-day finance, work closely with senior leadership, and help shape the processes and systems that support our continued growth.

The Role

As Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the finance function - from transactional accounting through to month-end close and management reporting. You'll own the management accounts, cash flow, and financial controls, ensuring the numbers are accurate, timely, and clearly communicated.

Reporting to the CFO, you'll work cross-functionally with operations, commercial, and leadership teams, using data to identify improvements and drive financial rigour as Installio continues to scale.

What You'll Do

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Own the month-end close process and produce timely, accurate management accounts
  • Prepare monthly management reporting packs with insightful commentary for the leadership team
  • Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury, and working capital
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis against plan
  • Help develop KPIs and reporting around revenue, margin, and unit economics

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
